The C7 Z06 is capable of accelerating from 0-60mph in 3.0 seconds and stopping from 60-0 in 94ft thanks to its Brembo brakes. Using Porsche's PDK Dual Clutch transmission as a benchmark, the engineers at GM were able to develop a 8-speed unit capable of shifting quicker and smoother than that of the highly touted german competitor.
